Movement and Forest Bathing walk

Experience connection to nature through guided sensory and movement activities as we make our way along a coastal path that leads to a sit spot and lunch. Following the success of last year's collaboration we are offering another forest bathing and movement walk. Time for chatting over lunch and on our walk back to the cars. Location to be advised.
